The company has an ambitious plan to open 100+ stores in the next 3 years.
Job Profile:
Lead the new store execution. Coordinate with the design department, Branding, Factory Production, and Interior contractors and ensure store rollout is complete in all aspects within the defined time period.
Qualification:
Architect / BE Civil with knowledge of Auto CAD and able to understand Civil /furniture / interior drawings.
Experience:
12-15 years of experience in handling turnkey interior contracts/shop interiors etc. The job involves extensive traveling across India.
Soft skills:
Must have excellent communication written / oral, knowledge of estimation, BOQ making, and bar charts. Must be excellent in working cohesively with various departments and handling large teams.
Remuneration: To commensurate with the experience and best in the industry.
