Role: Business PM (Service Model Transformation)
Location: Chicago or Naperville locations
Hybrid: 3 days onsite
Rate: 80-85/hr on W2.
Introduction
This role is focused on organizational transformation within a service model. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience leading service organization transformations, specifically within the banking and financial services industry.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in service model transformation or organizational transformation
• Banking and Financial Service industry experience is a must
• Business project management experience is required
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
• Experience with operational efficiency, automation, and AI adoption
• Background in operations transformation
• Exceptional communication skills
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Optimize and modernize the service organization
• Improve workflows, efficiency, and scalability
• Lead organizational and employee-related change such as upskilling and restructuring
