Collaborate with property management teams to prepare budgets and forecasts.
Utilize accounting software such as Quickbooks and Condomanager for efficient record-keeping and reporting.
Prepare monthly financial reports for management review, highlighting key performance indicators.
Skills
Proficiency in accounting software, is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial auditing techniques.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed account analysis.
Knowledge of payroll systems and corporate finance principles is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in work output.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
