The Intersect Group is hiring a Senior Property Accountant to support a company in Atlanta, GA near Vinings! This is a great opportunity to join a company with a huge presence in the Southeast! The ideal Senior Property Accountant is communicative, customer-focused, and detailed.

Primary Responsibilities of the Senior Property Accountant:
• Interact with Property Managers daily in order to research leases, run reports, prepare reconciliations, and assist with invoice coding
• Complete monthly GL close and reporting
• Reconcile sales and use tax accounts
• Prepare journal entries balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis

Required Skills of the Senior Property Accountant:
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 2-3+ years of Commercial Property Accounting Experience required
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills required including VLookups and Pivot Tables
• MRI or Yardi experience preferred
