Senior Property Accountant
Duties / Key Responsibilities:
Provide full cycle accounting for various properties
Prepare and analyze monthly statements
Prepare annual budgets
Set-up of properties and tenants in YARDI
Provide financial and analytical assistance to Property Managers
Effectively communicate financial information to Management
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Preferred candidate would have (or be pursuing)
An accounting designation.;
Minimum of 1-3 years business experience within real estate accounting and reporting; preferably property accounting experience.;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with an approachable manner.;
Strong analytical and accounting skills with excellent attention to detail;
A self-starter with the ability to work independently;
Excellent computer skills, specifically with Excel.
