About the Project
The ACCIONA, MACA & AECOM Alliance has been selected as the preferred bidder on the North East Link Project (Northern Package). This package of works covers the design and construction of the North East Link between the M80 - Plenty Rd interchange, and the north tunnel entrance at Watsonia. Works include three kilometres of new freeway, two kilometres of freeway upgrades, construction of retaining walls and bridge structures, rail interface works, intelligent transport systems, and urban design and landscaping. This diverse and challenging project will be complete in 2028.
About the Opportunity
As Senior Quality Advisor, you support the Construction Quality Manager and the Completions and Handover Team to drive quality outcomes across the project. You provide expert advice on technical requirements, review documentation, guide engineers and quality staff, and lead process improvement. You oversee Work Lots, support MAR reviews, prepare quality reports and steer completions activities so the project meets its quality obligations and achieves Practical Completion.
Key Accountabilities
Guide Quality Coordinators and Cadets
Escalate and resolve complex construction quality issues
Review ITPs, project forms and completion records
Assess and accept Material Approval Requests
Report QPIs and meet ACCIONA quality targets
Manage Work Lots and ensure closure readiness
Required Skills and Competencies
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
Lead Auditor certification
5+ years on major construction projects
Strong civil or rail construction knowledge
Skilled in quality systems and documentation
