About the Role We are looking for a Senior React Developer to join our frontend team and build scalable, high-quality web applications. You will be responsible for translating designs into responsive UIs, integrating APIs, and optimizing performance, while mentoring juniors and driving best practices. Key Responsibilities Develop responsive and scalable web applications using React.js, Redux, Hooks, Context API. Write clean, testable, and reusable code in JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript. Integrate RESTful/GraphQL APIs with frontend components. Optimize performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing best practices. Work closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Debug and resolve issues in development and production environments. Contribute to UI architecture decisions and frontend best practices. Required Skills & Experience 5–7 years of hands-on experience in frontend development. Strong expertise in React.js, Redux (Thunk/Toolkit), Hooks, Context API. Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with API integration (REST/GraphQL). Familiarity with Next.js, TypeScript, and UI libraries (Material-UI, Bootstrap, Tailwind) is a plus. Hands-on with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress. Exposure to CI/CD tools and Agile practices. Good communication skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.
