Winpe (www.winpeforum.com) is a not-for-profit focused on enhancing representation of women across roles and levels in the investing ecosystem through multiple initiatives designed to bolster both the demand and supply for diverse professional talent.
The Women on Boards initiative is a flagship program aimed at transforming leadership dynamics within the PEVC ecosystem by enhancing gender diversity at board levels in PEVC backed companies. Our goal is to connect highly accomplished and board-ready women leaders with organizations seeking inclusive governance and fresh leadership perspectives. We are looking for an experienced professional to lead this initiative.
Role Overview
We are looking for entrepreneurial candidates who possess strong experience in board and executive level placement and managing P&Ls; and are passionate about building for both profit and impact.
Key areas of responsibilities:
· Lead the end-to-end execution of the Women on Boards program at Winpe
· Manage various initiatives under the program including training, knowledge and network building activities
· Manage the full lifecycle of executive search and placement for board roles
· Represent the initiative in forums and platforms to raise visibility and impact
Relevant Experience and skills:
· 7+ years of experience in leadership hiring, board-level recruitment, or senior talent advisory (preferably with a focus on women leaders)
· Proven ability to work with senior leadership, including CXOs and board members
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
· High attention to detail and execution excellence
· Committed to advancing gender diversity in leadership
