Job Description
We’re working with a specialist recruitment business deeply embedded in the U.S. energy and engineering markets, supporting clients across oil & gas, renewables, and major infrastructure projects.
With continued demand across both permanent and contract hiring, they are looking to bring in an experienced 360 recruiter who understands how to operate in technically complex, delivery-driven markets.
This role is particularly well suited to someone with contract/interim recruitment experience, or someone looking to move into that space.
The Role
• Full 360 recruitment across energy, engineering, and project-based markets
• Focus on both permanent and contract/interim placements
• Build and manage a portfolio of clients across oil & gas, renewables, and EPC environments
• Source and manage specialist technical talent in candidate-short markets
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from BD through to deal completion
• Work closely with clients on workforce planning for ongoing and upcoming projects
What They’re Looking For
• 4+ years’ experience in agency recruitment (360)
• Background in energy, engineering, oil & gas, or renewables recruitment
• Exposure to contract/interim recruitment strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of technical roles and project-based hiring environments
• Proven ability to win business and generate revenue consistently
• Comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities in a fast-moving market
