We are now expanding our Government desk focussing on Temporary positions, based in Sydney. This is a warm desk and suits someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing roles from the 0007 scheme and passionate about building their knowledge within government recruitment.
What to expect when you work at HAYLO People:
Beautiful Sydney CBD offices, with flexibility to work from home.
Base salary to reflect your experience, lucrative commission scheme, low thresholds and bonuses rewarding your hard work.
A well-being allowance of $3,000 per year an extra 13 days leave per year through our HAYLO Health Day program, birthday leave, and many team celebrations throughout the year!

The Role:
You will be responsible for growing our temporary government desk.
Travel to meet clients and participate in industry events.
You will drive an exceptional candidate experience, client service delivery, and business growth with integrity and care.
Salary: Base salary depending on experience + Superannuation + Commission Structure
Location: Sydney CBD
Contract: Permanent Full-Time position (If you're looking for visa support, please call to discuss)
You Will Have:
Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant for a minimum of 1 year in a recruitment agency.
Experience in building and growing a successful desk.
Strong sourcing abilities using our innovative technology, referrals, and networking.
An authentic approach to identifying, connecting & building relationships with both candidates & clients.
With a growth mindset; you are open to taking on new challenges, persistent, and are driven to achieve your goals.
Strong team player who enjoys working towards a common goal
