Job Description
· Experience working with Fortune 100 organizations with > 1,000 – 2,000 employees
· Experience providing implementation, delivery, and project management support
· globally across geographies, and continents for 100 countries as part of ERP, SAP,
· Success Factors HRIS systems Implementation delivery, management & support HR Back office, BPO, KPO, SSC, Shared services global process and operations
· Develop high-quality business strategies and plans
· Ensure strategy alignment with objectives
· Lead with an example and motivate subordinates
· Encourage employee engagement
· Train a high-performing managerial team
· Oversee all operations and business activities
· Make high-quality investing decisions
· Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies
· Ensure the company’s complicity with legal and business ethics
· Give advice for improvement and suggestions for solution
· Build trusting relations with key partners and stakeholders
· Maintain contact with important shareholders
· Client Account Management and the ability to communicate effectively and interface with all levels.
· A strong team player, fast-paced, dynamic environment, proactive & positive.
· Train, motivate and lead others
· Analyze problematic situations and suggest solutions
· Keep abreast of the markets and industry trends
