Finnovate is a holistic financial planning and wealth advisory platform focused on transforming personal finance advisory in India through goal-based, client-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth
Achieve branch-level sales targets across financial fitness products:
Goal planning, budgeting & taxation
Loans, insurance, investments & estate planning
Provide customized financial advisory to HNI & retail clients
Build long-term client relationships, improve retention and wallet share
Analyze sales performance, lead conversion, and revenue metrics
Lead and manage sales teams & channel partners
Execute lead generation via telecalling, referrals, local marketing & partnerships
Ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance
Eligibility & Skills
8+ years experience in BFSI / Wealth Management / Financial Services Sales
Strong expertise in client acquisition, revenue management & analytics
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Strong understanding of financial products and compliance norms
Certifications (Preferred)
CFP preferred
NISM XA–XB (or willingness to pursue)
