Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Retail Operations Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategies to expand scope of EC to include various new channels such as Direct to Business/Retail (D2B/R), Employee Purchase Program (EPP), Student Purchase Program (SPP), Business to Business (B2B / Corporate) and ONDC like projects etc.
• Lead various sub-functions of Retail such as Sales, Channel, RQE, Training, New Store Opening and Visual Merchandising etc.
Requirements
• 3 - 5 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in the mobile phone industry.
• Understanding of consumer affordability programs, loyalty program and its implementations.
• Practical implementations of Omni channel strategy, knowledge of software systems that enable Omni channel.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, multi-culture experience (India, China) work experience in both India and China preferred.
