Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Ø In charge of implementing the business line's sales tactics in the designated territory.
Ø Through an effective secondary driven sales plan, the territory's sales target is met.
Ø Ownership of the secondary market's secondary sales.
Ø Improve the quantitative and weighted distribution of market shares by enforcing the proper product mix and business partners selection in the designated territory.
Ø Ensure that distributors, direct dealers, and retailers are appointed in the designated territory in accordance with the business plan.
Ø Monitor the performance of your business partners on a regular basis, identify non-performers, and take corrective action.
