Purpose Of The Role Executive - Rental Sales will be responsible for managing rental enquiries and sales & marketing for rentals vertical.
Duties & Responsibilities
Handling all enquiries and reaching out to potential renters through various mediumsMaintaining strong relations with customer to increase sales revenues,Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customersRecording all enquiries in a timely manner and maintaining the home calendarCreating monthly financials of the rental earnings
Skill Required:
Speaks fluent English, second language is preferredBe well versed and efficient with Microsoft OfficeSomeone who is a go getter, motivated, can achieve targets, and wants to join a young exciting organisation for the long run.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
