Position - Senior Sales Executive
Experience - 3- 5 Years (Industrial Experience)
Age – below 30
Education - Bachelor’s degree in any Graduation, B. Tech, M. Tech, Business, Sales, or
a related field.
Location- Pune - immediate joining
Requirements: -
· Basic Knowledge of Computer (MS Office)
· Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
· Identify and research potential clients and market opportunities.
· Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales Techniques & develop
· a robust pipeline of prospects.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
· Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
· Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
· Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
· Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure alignment with our offerings.
· Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
· Participate in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
· Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Skills:
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
· Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
