Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting business targets. You will oversee and manage a team of sales executives, develop strategies to convert leads into sales, and foster a collaborative and high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress, share updates, and resolve challenges.
• Sales Operations: Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into sales, focusing on both domestic and international travel packages. Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor travel packages according to customer preferences.
• Process Optimization: Implement and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track performance, and maintain accurate records.
• Target Achievement: Set, monitor, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with management to design and implement campaigns for lead generation and revenue growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a team lead or supervisory role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, Freshdesk, or similar platforms.
Estimated Salary:
Rupees Six Lakh per annum.
