Senior Sales Professional (Commission-Based) #delhi-ncr
Wayman Designs is a multidisciplinary experiential design and production studio, specializing in events, activations, brand experiences, retail kiosks, and BTL marketing solutions. We partner with leading brands to create impactful campaigns that bring ideas to life.
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Professional / Business Development with proven experience in the events and experiential marketing industry to join us on a commission-only basis.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in events, activations, retail setups, and experiential marketing.
• Build and nurture client relationships across corporate, retail, and brand categories.
• Pitch services, present credentials, and drive conversions.
• Collaborate with our design & production team to align solutions with client needs.
• Deliver on revenue targets through consistent client acquisition and upselling.
Ideal Candidate
• 3-7 years of proven sales/business development experience in events, activations, or experiential marketing.
• Strong client network and ability to open doors with decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working on commission basis.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently.
