Position Overview:
As the Senior Executive Social Media Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize our social media presence and engagement across various platforms. You will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, enhancing customer engagement, and ultimately increasing conversions and revenue through social media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media optimization strategies to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and conversion rates.
• Analyze social media data and insights to identify trends, insights, and best practices, and use this information to refine strategies and tactics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and design teams to create compelling and relevant social media content aligned with brand objectives.
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with audience feedback and inquiries across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media optimization, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, including reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, and use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and demonstrate the impact of social media efforts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3-4 years) in social media optimization, with a focus on driving results and ROI.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
