You will be joining a team of 8 in an environment with a strong supportive culture, a keen focus on innovation, technical excellence, and career development. Your team will strongly interact with peer teams involved in the development of the platform and services in support of an ever-improving customer platform.
About The Role
Joining a team of passionate developers in our technology department, you will be involved in the development of our Generative AI solution.
Conducting code reviews and challenging ideas are part of your daily activities, paired with the opportunity and freedom to innovate.
Responsibilities
• Supporting development and maintenance of our Generative AI solution according to requirements
• Performing Code reviews
• Completing complex bug fixes
• Contributing to the planning efforts with analysis and estimation of the proposed product work
• Contributing to the culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
• Able to provide support and guidance at code level and perform code reviews
• Possess extensive experience in Software Engineering
• Be able to train and mentor entry-level software engineers, with experience of doing this is in a similar role
• Experience with DBMS, both relational and non-relational
• Have experience working with GenAI / LLM
• Possess good oral and written communication skills
• Experience in web development and Python, software architecture and development best practices
