Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Technical Team Lead (front end, backend web developer) located in Raurkela at VentureSathi. The Technical Team Lead will be responsible for team management, team leadership, troubleshooting, software development, and project management on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Management:
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and deliverables across all project phases.
• Define project scope, goals, milestones, and dependencies.
• Monitor project progress, quality metrics, and risk factors, ensuring regular status reporting.
• Lead pre-sales and post-sales project activities.
• Technical Oversight:
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of solutions in collaboration with developers.
• Conduct technical reviews, including code reviews, design reviews, and system architecture evaluations.
• Provide hands-on support in technical problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Developer Team Management:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate development teams to achieve project goals.
• Allocate tasks among team members based on skills and project requirements.
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.
• Client and Stakeholder Interaction:
• Act as a liaison between clients, developers, and other stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Documentation and Analysis:
• Analyze business requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Document application architecture, processes, and designs.
• Team Coordination:
• Facilitate collaboration between developers, QA teams, and other cross-functional teams.
• Resolve team blockers and ensure smooth progress throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Expertise
• Proficiency in MERN STACK & PERN STACK, web applications, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with DevOps, Cloud concepts, API management, Postgres Database and BI tools.
• Proven experience managing developer teams and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Excellent understanding of software architecture and technical design principles.
• Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and database management systems (e.g., Oracle).
• Hands-on experience in creating and managing workflows, wireframes, and technical/functional specifications.
• Strong coordination and leadership skills in a fast-paced IT environment.
• Ability to estimate work, manage resources, and define mitigation strategies for risks.
