Senior Specialist-Trade Finance Operations Role
Seeking an experienced professional to fill a senior specialist position in trade finance operations. The ideal candidate will possess sound knowledge of trade products and workflows with a strong execution bias.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage centralized desk of IEDPMS reporting to RBI, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Handle RBI inspections, data requirements, and quarterly RBS submissions.
• Maintain satisfactory audit ratings and error-free reporting.
• Work closely with product and compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain MIS, reporting to stakeholders, and follow up on overdue items.
• Operate within established cost constraints.
• Assist in transactional regulatory checks as required.
• Address multiple audits, including internal, statutory, concurrent, external, and regulatory audit observations.
• Evaluate and improve processing environment, team dynamics, and ethos.
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Participate in projects to automate processes.
• Handle regulatory queries and reporting-related requirements.
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
Effective stakeholder management and engagement with senior management. Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Arts, or Science. Master's degree in Business Administration, Arts, or Science preferred.
Experience:
10-18 years of relevant experience in trade finance operations
