About the role:
What is the job like ?
• Lead ideation, conceptualization, and execution of branding & visual design strategies to help drive marketing campaigns by bringing big ideas to life, leveraging the brand voice and tone to shape the narrative in a visually compelling and thought-provoking manner.
• Be the driving force behind the look feel, personality, and visual identity of our core brands
• Create customer-centric designs by integrating marketing objectives, challenges, target audiences, and on-brand creative assets into brand experiences that meet measurable business goals.
• Understand business priorities, collaborate with the internal and cross-functional teams and their demands and develop a strong visual presence with Key visuals and campaign design ideas.
• Work with a close-knit team of creative individuals, copywriters, UX designers, developers etc looking into delivering day-to-day projects with a quick turnaround time.
• Develop your own creative voice while adapting to that of the team. Be organized and accountable for your projects and constantly look for ways to deliver visually stunning and emotionally engaging creatives
• Pitch in and take on UI design for projects such as microsites, dashboards & full-scale websites from time to time
• Translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction and visually stunning design across multiple platforms.
• Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc
• Analyze customer responses and data and create functional and aesthetically designed websites
Who should apply for the role?
• A degree/diploma/certification from a Premier Design School
• Minimum 4-7 years of relevant experience in branding, ATL creatives, visual design, social media & UI
• An Agency experience or working for top brands or worked on brands who engage in marketing activities in international markets
• A knowledge of motion graphics, UX, photography & production is a plus
• Demonstrate good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in Adobe design suite, XD, Illustrator, Photoshop to manage all aspects of our design and creative output.
• Have experience in applying principles such as heuristics & design thinking.
• A strong sense of aesthetics and a keen eye for detail
• Have a strong understanding of brands and its execution
• Ability to work in abstract & theoretical frameworks.
• Work closely with multiple teams & stakeholders.
• Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes and trends in the visual design field.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Expert at typography, iconography, color, space, layouts, design fundamentals and the ability to translate ideas to design

We started out in 2012 as a part of the Bhavin Turakhia led Directi Group, which has been a prominent player in the web presence industry since the 90s. The meteoric rise in the number of websites back then led to an acute shortage of quality domain names. The depleting name pool within the .com / .net led to growing customer dissatisfaction as first choice names became impossible to find! We knew that domain names had to evolve in order to serve their purpose of memorable online identities.
Enter Radix. When the Internet Corporation of Assigned Names and Numbers opened the door to new top level domains other than the .com, .net, .org etc., we knew it was the perfect opportunity to solve a growing customer problem.
Equipped with powerful and meaningful new extensions such as .tech, .online, .store, .fun, .site, .press etc. we set out on a mission to eliminate the distinction between the real names and internet addresses of individuals and businesses. We started with an audacious goal of building a world where domain names are less like phone numbers which need to be written and stored and more like brand names which are easily remembered. And here we are, with almost 6 million domains already registered on our extensions, we are well on the path towards revolutionizing the internet. Brands like Viacom (www.viacom.tech), Emirates (emirates.store), Doordash (order.online), CES (ces.tech) and many more have already made the switch. It’s only a matter of time before the rest of the world does it too. To sum it up, the internet history is being rewritten and Radix is at the core of it.
