This is a “hands-on” position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Technical Experience: Installation and Configuration of SQL Server with industry best practices and applying Service Packs and Security patches for the ServersSetup high-availability as part disaster recovery strategy for the databases configuring SQL Replication
SQL Always-ON and other HA technologiesHands on experience in database cloud technologies like Azure, AWS etcMonitoring and Performance Tuning, Physical Server Level, Database level (Database settings and options) and query tuningResolving SQL Server performance issues using Profiler, DMVs, Query Execution Plan Analysis and PerfmonMonitoring the overall performance of the Database servers and recommending actions to improve/optimize performance.Troubleshooting deadlock, blocking, and long running queriesExperience in configuring SQL Server on Linux OSEducational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/MSC/MBA/MCA
