Perform Financial Planning for the company through forecasting, assessing risks, monitoring financial transactions, analyzing financial SWOT. Develop Critical Financial Internal Controls & procedures to meet Financial Objectives of the Company. Monitor Stock performance, and manage Shareholders. Oversee key functions of Budgeting, Costing, Taxation, Compliances, etc. Continuously monitor the overall Financial Performance of Org. and take corrective actions in a timely manner. Is also responsible for Financial and Accounting aspects, Assets Management, Budgeting, Costing.

Ambit Tax & Accounting Services is an organization that provides accounting, tax, payroll, sales tax and other ancillary services to CPA firms throughout the US marketplace.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Ahmedabad for US Accounting. Strong working knowledge on US Accounting process, sales tax & Use tax, payroll forms like W-2, +41, +40 and various software like QuickBooks, Xero, Netsuite etc. The candidate will be responsible for:
• Meeting with CPA firms and handle communications.
• Conduct mid-level general-ledger account reconciliations, verify accuracy of data, and identify and correct errors made by internal and external personnel
• Support monthly, quarterly, half-year, and year-end financial closes, including assigned journal entries, balance-sheet account reconciliations, accruals, and overall maintenance of operational management accounts
• Assist in providing schedules and commentary for operational management account results and variances, and for the production of working-capital cash-flow reports
• Maintain and update records and reports for profit and loss, taxes, liabilities, and assets
• Prepare special financial reports, when requested by senior managers, by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
• Managing a team of Accounting Professionals who manage client accounts, financial statements, and oversee regulatory compliance.
• The role involves ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, maintaining finance and accounting systems, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing accounting guidance to clients.

Qualifications
• Experience of Working with US CPA firms is a must.
• Strong English Communication Skills
• Minimum Experience of 3 Years is a must
• QuickBooks (Online/Desktop) Knowledge is a must
• Strong Knowledge on Software Like Xero, Netsuite, Yardi, Appfolio, Buildilium etc is an added advantage
• Strong Knowledge on Microsoft Excel
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Must be able to review financial statements
