Responsibilities
Perform and review month end close activities
including preparation and review of general ledger entriesPerform daily credit card transactions matching resolving unmatched transactions
preparing entries and publishing weekly reportingPrepare account reconciliations and supporting schedules for journal entries and reportsPrepare and support monthly accrualsPerform assigned account reconciliationsPrepare monthly flux analysis of balance sheet and income statement expense accountsMaintain and enhance the internal controls over accounting processes and systemsEnsure that the close activities are performed as per the agreed close calendarAssist in process improvement projects as neededDegree in Accounting required
CA or CPA Plus5
years accounting
related experience with public accounting and
or multi
national companyStrong understanding of US GAAPHighly proficient in Excel
Word and other MS Office productsExcellent communication skills and must be fluent in English
Portuguese is a huge plus
Ability to work in a fast
paced environmentHighly organized with a great attention to detailAbility to work in software systems
especially financial systemsStrong work ethic and ownership of tasksAbility to work cohesively with multiple people in a fast
paced team environmentExperience with Coupa
