Main Responsibilities Of The Senior Staff Accountant
• Process, track, and submit development draw requests for multiple projects, ensuring vendors are paid promptly
• Conduct monthly financial close, including preparing financial statement packages for multiple development projects
• Ensure the accuracy of financial statements
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end close process
Position Requirements Of The Senior Staff Accountant
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
• Commitment to task completion and attention to detail
