Senior Staff Accountant

Responsibilities Of The Senior Staff Accountant
• Performs all general accounting activities for the division including General ledger, financial statement preparation, financial records, capital expenditures, bank, IRS, and other financial audits.
• Prepares and monitors annual budget and proforma forecast in conjunction with Divisional VP and corporate management’s annual financial goals/strategies.
• Directs & coordinates annual physical inventory and cycle counts for all locations within the Division.
• Assures divisional adherence to company financial policies and procedures and interacts effectively with corporate credit and financial staff.
• Proactively monitors monthly and quarterly divisional financial performance and makes appropriate recommendations to achieve desired profit objectives and ROI.
• Prepares requested reports and analyses for presentation to Ulbrich management in an accurate and timely manner.

Preferred Qualifications Of The Senior Staff Accountant
• Bachelors in accounting or a related field
• 3+ years of manufacturing or public accounting experience
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
• Great verbal and written communication skills

This position offers $85,000-+5,000 depending on experience.
