Responsibilities
Support the month-end and year-end closing processes as directed, including journal entries, reconciliations, and miscellaneous analyses
Transaction Management: Review and book daily banking transactions, maintain accuracy between inventory management and accounting systems, and perform monthly reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts
Expense and Invoicing Management: Verify and enter travel expenses according to company policies, ensure timely booking and payment of expenses, and invoice customers promptly while following up on payments
Regulatory Compliance: Prepare and file various regulatory and annual filings, such as sales tax and 10++ forms

Reporting to the company’s Director of Finance, this is a newly created, full-time position based in our Wilmington, Massachusetts headquarters.
REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes as directed, including journal entries, reconciliations, and miscellaneous analyses.
