We have an exciting permanent, full-time opportunity for an experienced and innovative Senior Strategic Planner Economic Development, to join our Strategic Planning and Economic Development team. Qualifications and experience


Essential:

Degree in Town Planning or a related field
Solid work experience in Town Planning
Current class “C” driver’s licence.
Desirable:

Comprehensive knowledge of Environmental Planning and Assessment Act and other relevant legislation and Government policies
Knowledge of applicable legislation/regulations
Computer literate
Demonstrated commitment to customer service
Ability to work within a team environment
Availability to work flexible working hours.
Remuneration and benefits

The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Blacktown City Council’s Enterprise Agreement.

Entry level for this position starts at $2,011.56 per week, pro-rata
35-hour working week
Car allowance
