Job Description
Periodical maintenance and monitoring of all desktops and laptops in MOT and Malabar Retail.
l Take maintenance checks on antivirus protection, password protection, deleting unwanted files, applications and drives from the system and general cleaning of CPU machines.
l Upgrade operating system to the latest versions and ensure all the systems and peripherals are in working condition.
l Maintain server rooms in neat and clean condition and allow access to authorised persons.
l Ensure seamless and uninterrupted internet connectivity to all systems of MOT.
l Install and configure systems, peripherals and drivers.
l Implement and administration of DNS and DHCP.
l Check & maintain footfall counting machines, biometric attendance machines, network switches, CCTV cameras, CCTV cables & ruckus points.
l Ensuree uninterrupted connectivity and functioning of BMS, parking equipment and parking slots display mechanism.
l Responsible for MPLS monitoring.
l Ensure seamless connectivity to ADSR application at POS of retailers.
l Maintain & update customer database.
IT Software:
l Trouble shoot software and other applications related issues in the system.
l Ensure regular and timely back up of data & safeguarding of data as a custodian of data.
l Use right application to send promotional messages to customers as per schedule and monitor the response.
l Display promotional messages after approval from Centre Head.
Network security:
l Regular monitoring of the firewall and ensure its working condition.
