We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and support hiring across business functions, with a focus on BD roles.
Responsibilities
Support full-cycle recruitment for global roles, particularly in Business Development, Growth, and Marketing teams.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align on hiring strategy, and deliver timely results.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, especially for candidates with Web3 backgrounds.
Manage scheduling, feedback coordination, candidate communication, and offer processes to ensure a smooth experience.
Remain flexible and contribute beyond recruiting when needed—supporting broader HR or cross-functional projects as the company grows.
Requirements
At least 5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in tech, internet, or Web3 environments.
Prior experience hiring BD or commercial roles internationally is a strong plus.
Self-starter with strong adaptability and execution skills; thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Team-oriented mindset and a willingness to step in and support teammates when needed.
Fluency in English is required; Mandarin fluency is a strong plus.
