Act as a Senior Recruiter who takes care of end to end recruitment from sourcing to delivery.
Source the candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal database, social media - Linked-In
Need to qualify the resume for a client submission
Deep understanding of the requirements from the various clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
Assess candidate’s relevant experience, knowledge skills and competencies
Scheduling, co-ordination and ownership of end to end recruitment lifecycle
Timely communication with candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature

Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
