Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Operations:
• Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Perform advanced entries in Tally ERP, including deferred task calculations.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
Statutory Compliance:
• Manage and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) returns.
• File Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns and ensure compliance with GST regulations.
• File Professional Tax (PTEC/PTRC) returns and ensure compliance with state-specific regulations.
• Manage Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance (ESI) contributions and filings.
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Audit & Regulatory Filings:
• Prepare and submit Tax Audit Reports in accordance with statutory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with the Companies (Auditor's Report) Order (CARO) provisions.
• Handle Registrar of Companies (ROC) filings and ensure timely submission of necessary documents.
Client & Departmental Liaison:
• Visit client offices to understand business operations and provide financial guidance.
• Submit necessary documents to government departments and regulatory bodies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries.
Documentation & Presentation:
• Prepare and deliver financial presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Maintain organized records of financial documents and correspondence.
• Experience in creating SOPs and process
