Responsible for India indirect tax compliance and income tax compliance, tax provision preparation, tax account reconciliations, and tax research to ensure accurate and timely filing of returns. Assist with transfer pricing and local tax audits.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with preparation of India tax compliance including income tax, Goods and Services Tax (GST), and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS).. Assist with preparation of VAT/GST and income tax returns for other country entities, as needed.. Assist with income tax, indirect tax, or transfer pricing audits, as needed.. Prepares quarterly US GAAP and Local Statutory Tax Provisions for international subsidiaries, as needed.. Coordination with accounting department for preparation of local statutory financials.. Calculate monthly and/or quarterly journal entry postings and upload into Oracle.. Prepare quarterly account reconciliations.. Assist with the preparation of annual Transfer Pricing report, as needed.. Develop knowledge of applicable tax laws and regulations.. Perform tax research and analysis and prepare written documentation to support tax positions taken..
