Responsibilities
• Lead tax compliance and filings (federal, state, local)
• Review and oversee tax returns and provision (ASC 740)
• Prepare and deliver tax reporting and estimates
• Serve as primary contact for tax-related matters
• Support tax planning, research, and transactions
• Manage audits and monitor tax law changes
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and external advisors
Qualifications
• Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA preferred
• 3-5 years in real estate/private equity tax
• Big 4 experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of partnership, REIT, and multi-state tax
