We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join our SponsorAdmin team. As a Senior Tax Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering best-in-class tax services to our clients.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Tax Accountant, your primary responsibilities will be:
• Prepare Federal and State 1065 Partnership Returns: Prepare accurate and complete tax returns for real estate syndications and funds
• K-1 Preparation and Investor Inquiries: Prepare K-1s and assist with investor inquiries, providing timely and professional responses
• Maintenance of Depreciation and Amortization Schedules: Maintain accurate depreciation and amortization schedules, ensuring compliance with tax regulations
• Book-to-Tax Adjustments: Identify necessary book-to-tax adjustments, ensuring accuracy and completeness in financial reporting
• Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to gather necessary financial information for tax filings, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
• Tax Research and Planning: Conduct tax research and provide recommendations to clients on tax planning strategies, ensuring optimal tax savings
• Financial Statement Review: Review financial statements to ensure compliance with tax regulations, identifying areas for improvement
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 2-5 accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery
Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public accounting or a similar role
• Real Estate Experience: Real estate experience highly preferred, with a strong understanding of the industry's tax implications
• CPA Certification: CPA certification preferred, but not required
• Tax Knowledge and Compliance: Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using tax software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word), with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
