Demonstrated Trial Experience & Success
Licensed to practice law in Missouri and Kansas
Demonstrated experience in successfully executing legal strategy, taking depositions, motion practice, trial, arbitration, hearings, producing witnesses for depositions, and other key litigation events
Proven experience leveraging critical thinking, persuasion, research, and relationship building skills
