Senior Trial Attorney – High-Stakes Litigation

What You’ll Do
Lead and manage all phases of litigation, from strategy development through trial and appeal
Drive case strategy to deliver outstanding results for clients
Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare persuasive arguments
Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements
Present cases in court with confidence and clarity
Collaborate with clients, witnesses, experts, and colleagues to build strong cases
Mentor junior attorneys and guide paralegals to strengthen our team
Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations
What We’re Looking For
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active state bar membership, in good standing
8–10+ years of proven trial experience in high-stakes litigation
Strong oral and written advocacy skills
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities
Ability to manage multiple complex cases effectively
Leadership experience with a passion for mentoring
Unwavering integrity and professionalism
Preferred:
Background in commercial litigation, personal injury, or intellectual property
Prior leadership or managerial experience
