The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and have hands-on experience in managing and reviewing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Day-to-Day Accounting Activities: Utilize QuickBooks Online to oversee and execute daily accounting tasks.
• Review and Process Transactions: Accurately review and process AP and AR transactions, ensuring timely and precise completion.
• Perform GL Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews of the General Ledger to ensure account reconciliation and accuracy.
• Generate Financial Reports: Assist in generating financial reports and supporting month-end closing activities.
• Ensure Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
