As a seasoned accounting professional, we are seeking an accomplished US Property Accountant to join our esteemed team.
Our ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in US property accounting, with expertise in Sage Intacct/Appfolio and a strong grasp of financial statements and bookkeeping.

Location: Gurgaon/Hyderabad/Remote
Experience: A minimum of 2+ years in US accounting and property/rent management is required.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage accounts receivable/payable.
• Process daily payments for US clients.
• Prepare and review daily bookkeeping and bank reconciliations for clients.
• Proficient in Sage Intacct/AppFolio.
• Knowledge of lease agreements and invoices in the rental business.
• Knowledge of property/rent management business.
• Basic understanding of US GAAP accounting.
• Familiarity with financial data and US accounting principles.
Essential qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in US property accounting.
• Good verbal and written English skills.
• Self-starter who takes initiative.
• Flexible and practical in work approach.
• Trustworthy with confidential information.
• Confident in supporting high-level company staff and board members.
