Position Overview:
Cisero is seeking a talented and experienced SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As an integral part of our growth strategy, the SEO Specialist will play a crucial role in driving organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and enhancing the online visibility of our AI solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic and improve website rankings.
Conduct keyword research to identify relevant terms and phrases that align with our target audience and business objectives.
Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product pages, for maximum search visibility and user engagement.
Perform on-page and off-page SEO techniques, such as link building, meta tag optimization, and site speed optimization, to enhance search engine performance.
Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to identify opportunities for optimization.
Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO to maintain a competitive edge and adapt strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of our digital initiatives.
Generate regular reports and insights on SEO performance, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or related field.
Proven track record of success in developing and executing SEO strategies that drive measurable results.
In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
