Position Overview:
As an SEO Expert, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve our website's organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize website content, conduct keyword research, and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve our SEO efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy Development:
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase website traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive conversions.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure our SEO tactics remain effective and compliant with best practices.
On-Page and Off-Page Optimization:
• Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and URLs, to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
• Implement on-page optimization techniques, such as internal linking and site structure improvements, to enhance website performance.
• Execute off-page optimization strategies, including link building and outreach, to increase domain authority and build backlinks from high-quality websites.
Technical SEO Analysis:
• Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that may impact website performance, such as crawlability, indexing, and site speed.
• Collaborate with web development teams to implement technical SEO recommendations and ensure website health and accessibility.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates, using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Prepare regular SEO performance reports and present key findings and recommendations to stakeholders to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
SEO Best Practices and Training:
• Stay informed about the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments to continuously enhance our SEO strategy.
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on SEO best practices and techniques to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in SEO roles, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in SEO tools and software, such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
