Are you a travel industry SEO pro with a passion for driving organic traffic?
Especial Rentals, a leading vacation rental platform in India, is #hiring a talented and experienced SEO Manager to join our growing team in Gurugram!
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and enhance the online visibility of our platform.
Conducting in-depth keyword research to identify high-value targets related to the Indian vacation rental market.
Optimizing on-page elements for SEO best practices and improved search engine performance.
Leading off-page optimization efforts, including link building and influencer outreach, to build domain authority.
Monitoring and analyzing website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms to identify areas for improvement and report on SEO success.
Staying ahead of the curve on industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitor strategies.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate SEO best practices into all aspects of our business.
Providing guidance and training to internal teams on SEO best practices.
To be successful, you will need:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, with a proven track record of success.
Solid understanding of on-page & off-page SEO, with a focus on local SEO a plus.
Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, GSC, GTM, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and identify optimization opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams.
A creative, results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
Bonus points for:
Experience in the travel industry SEO domain (India focus)
Experience with PPC & Paid Social Ads
Certifications in SEO or related fields
