📍 Chennai (Onsite Only) | Full-Time
Elephant in the Boardroom is a global digital agency, known for crafting powerful SEO and marketing strategies for clients across industries. We’re expanding our team and looking for a Senior SEO Specialist or Team Lead to drive organic growth for high-profile international accounts — especially in the Australian market.
What You’ll Do:
— Lead SEO strategy and execution for global clients
— Perform in-depth keyword research, technical audits, and competitor analysis
— Optimize websites for search visibility, speed, and user experience
— Implement advanced SEO tactics: schema markup, Core Web Vitals, mobile UX, and more
— Guide content teams and collaborate with developers and designers
— Track performance and report data-driven insights
— Mentor junior & senior SEO team members
What You Bring:
— 4–7 years of SEO experience (agency experience preferred)
— Proven success handling international SEO projects
— Hands-on experience with tools like GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
— Strong technical understanding: HTML, CSS, WordPress, page speed, etc.
— Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
— Experience working with industries like Ecommerce, Legal, Healthcare, and more
— Immediate joiners are a big plus!
