Job Description
● Experience in Linux System Administration such as RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu.
● Hands-on experience with MySQL and Mongodb.
● Hands-on experience in Linux security (for example, Kernel hardening, Linux permissions,
capabilities, selinux).
● Knowledge in LVM management.
● Solid knowledge of protocols such as DNS, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP and SNMP.
● Additional Linux certifications (RHCT, RHCE and LPIC) will be considered an advantage.
Hands-on experience with MySQL/MongoDB and its replication & sharding features.
● Hands-on experience in Linux security (for example, Kernel hardening, Linux permissions,
capabilities, selinux).
● Good understanding of Server Health and Security Vulnerabilities (DDOS, Brute Force, SQL
Injections, Cross-Site Scripting).
● Performing Zabbix and Site24x7 Monitoring components installation and configuration.
● Familiarity with Network internals, Linux Firewall, kernel modules (OpenSSH, UFW, NFS, DNS,
DHCP)
● Responsible for managing our backup infrastructure using Scripts & Bacula Backup Solution.
● Experience in writing shell scripts
