Job Description
• Configuration of servers, operating systems administration, hardening, load balancers, firewall including but not limited to management of users, processes, resource contention, preventive maintenance and management of updates & patches to ensure that the system is properly updated.
• Manage Network Server and technology tools
• Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes
• Perform of delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery and failover procedures.
• Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruption
• Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols
• Set up accounts and workstations
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models
• Maintain Cloud infrastructure, application and database backup
• Application deployment on .NET/Java/PHP based applications on Windows/Linux Server
