Job Description
- Record air conditioning complaints from customers and ensure proper documentation.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their service requests.
- Assign complaints to the appropriate service engineer based on issue complexity and
availability.
- Coordinate with stores and workshops to ensure the availability of spare parts.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are completed on time.
- Respond quickly to customer repair needs and prepare accurate repair quotations.
- Monitor progress to ensure service completion by the assigned engineer.
- Update customers on the status of their complaints or maintenance work.
- Ensure timely preparation of invoices and follow up for payments.
- Work closely with service engineers, stores, workshops, and the billing team to streamline
operations.
- Address any coordination challenges effectively to avoid service delays.
