Full job description
Act as the first point of contact for customers reporting breakdowns or technical issues with power solutions and Video Solutions (UPS, batteries, inverters, etc.).
Log, prioritize, and assign service requests to the appropriate technicians based on urgency, location, and required expertise.
Ensure all service requests are tracked and followed up on, providing updates to customers regarding the status of their issues.
Freshers with MS Excel, MS Outlook, Mail Drafting and Good English communication skills are also WELCOME.
