What You Will Be Working On
Your role goes far beyond traditional coordination, you’ll be the crucial link between our construction teams, stakeholders, and our customers. Here’s what makes this position unique:
You’ll be the first point of contact for all After Care service inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintain operational efficiency. This includes:
Managing incoming service calls and email inquiries with prompt, professional responses
Coordinating with Roofing Supervisors to schedule and optimise service delivery
Overseeing materials ordering and fall protection equipment requirements
Creating and maintaining detailed service reports and documentation
Building strong relationships with subcontractors and managing work orders efficiently
